Why? St. Lucia has many of the exact same attributes as Jamaica, allowing for the perfect growing conditions to produce some of the finest coffee cherries possible. There needs to be volcanic soil, shade canopies, rain, drainage and a good amount of sun...and St. Lucia has them all. Not only that, St. Lucia is 14 degree's from the equator, making her the ideal producer of seriously good tasting caribbean flavored coffee.

So, if you like Jamaica Blue Mountain grown coffee, and/or Hawaiian grown coffee's, give St. Lucia coffee beans a try - you won't regret it!
